BOOKING POLICY
POLICY 100% PAYMENT
Politics with 100% payment
- For cancellations made up to 60 days before check-in, a refund of the reservation is made.
- 30 days before check-in, 50% refund is made.
- Less than 30 days of check-in, we do not refund the reservation amount.
This Cancellation Policy is Valid if you have paid 100% of the total amount of your reservation.
POLICY 20% PAYMENT
If you have chosen to pay the basic reservation, only 20% of the total amount.
This 20% is non-refundable in case of cancellations.
PAYMENTS
We accept Cash, Wise and Bank Transfers (local transfers and international transfers)
SECURITY DEPOSIT
You will need to pay 20% of the boat price to reserve your boat and date. The balance will be paid in cash on the day of boarding or 1 week before check-in via bank transfer.
*Except for the Lagoon 52M and Salinas 48 boats, which charge 50% to guarantee the reservation.
KIDS ON BOARD
Children are welcome on board, each boat has a policy for children, but in the vast majority children up to 10 years old pay 50%
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Check in 10:00am , check-out 7:00pm (might be extended till 3:00pm in case of availability and a 50% extra fee on the daily price)
- We host children at any age
- Smokers it is allowed to smoke only at the stern outside.
- Eletricity and sweet water are precious aboard and must be used with responsability and economy.
ADDITIONAL FEE
Additional Fee High Season 20%
- For reservations made from 12/20 to 10/01.
There is an additional 20% surcharge on the total amount.
