Before booking

How can I make a reservation?

You can contact us directly via WhatsApp, email or through the form on our website. We'll send a personalized proposal adapted to your group, with availability, rates and all boat details. Once you've decided, a deposit will be required to secure the date.

How long in advance should I book my charter? +

Depending on the season, we recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance. In high season (December–April) demand is very high and the best boats are reserved months ahead. In low season there is more flexibility.

Can I customize the itinerary? +

Depending on the charter type (private or shared), the itinerary can be tailored to your preferences: quiet islands, pristine beaches or livelier spots.

Are children or babies allowed on board? +

Our service is kids-friendly and we love families on board! We can help organize a comfortable, safe and fun experience for everyone.

What does the charter price include? +

The price includes accommodation on board, all meals and snacks, drinks and cocktails, professional crew (captain, chef and sailor), fuel, snorkeling equipment, paddle board and daily navigation.

During the trip

How do I get to San Blas?

You can reach San Blas by land or by air, and we help with the whole process. We can book transport from Panama City or advise on flights via our Fly San Blas service.

What kind of meals are served on board? +

Onboard chefs prepare fresh dishes with local ingredients: seafood, tropical fruits and salads with Mediterranean and international touches. Tell us about dietary restrictions when booking.

Is there WiFi on the catamarans? +

Most of our boats have Starlink internet. During navigation you can also choose to disconnect and enjoy the sea. Confirm with your agent if the chosen boat includes WiFi.

What should I bring? +

Light clothes, swimwear, sunscreen, hat, insect repellent and an adventurous spirit. Shoes are not needed on board.

Payments & policies

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, credit cards, secure international payments (such as Wise) and cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin.

Is a deposit required to confirm the booking? +

Yes. 20% of the total secures the date and boat. The remainder can be paid on arrival in cash or by transfer, coordinated with the crew.

What is the cancellation policy? +

The 20% deposit is non-refundable, but in case of cancellation we offer a credit valid for 1 year to use on another booking.

Do prices include taxes or additional fees? +

Prices do not include San Blas entry taxes, transport to the islands or any expenses outside the boat.
