Originally from Uruguay, Sebastian and Milena are a young sailing team with a lifelong connection to the sea and a shared love for adventure and life on board.

Milena grew up on boats in a sailing family, while Sebastian also started sailing from a very young age. Over the years, sailing has taken them through the Río de la Plata, Brazil, the Mediterranean, and the Red Sea, and now brings them to the Caribbean together.

They share navigation, cooking, hosting, and daily life on board, naturally changing roles and working as a team.

Both enjoy cooking, snorkeling, fishing, swimming, exploring islands, and spending as much time as possible in and around the water. They love involving guests in the experience, whether it’s heading out for a snorkel, finding a quiet anchorage, exploring a new island, or simply enjoying a sunset together.

Their goal is for guests to leave feeling like they didn’t just travel with a crew, but sailed with friends.
