Having been lucky enough to travel to different places, I have been incorporating dishes and techniques that give the food we make on board a truly cosmopolitan touch. That's why on a menu you can find different types of fish preparations from grilled fish, grilled fillets, traditional or modern ceviches like passion fruit ceviche or sushi. The same goes for seafood, we prepare grilled lobster with garlic and parsley like thermidor lobster or a variation of the famous shrimp in pumpkin but with lobster… ”langosta na moranga”.
